1. Use of Our Services

• Personal Transformation Only: Our services are for personal self-improvement only. Commercial use, reselling, or reproducing any part of the Halo 50-day framework is strictly prohibited.
• Integrity of the Code: You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying AI algorithms used to verify proof. We take "hacking" the challenge as seriously as we take the challenge itself.
• The Age of Accountability: Halo is designed for the self-improvement generation (ages 13-24). Users under 13 are not permitted to use the platform.

2. The 50-Day Framework & Subscription

• Subscription Basis: Halo operates on a subscription model (Monthly or Yearly).
• Billing Logic: iOS users are billed immediately upon subscribing; Android users may receive a 7-day trial period.
• The "No Refund" Challenge Mechanic: Halo uses a "Hearts" system. Missing tasks or failing to provide valid proof costs a heart. If you lose all 3 hearts, your challenge restarts from Day 1. Failure to complete the challenge or a required restart does not entitle you to a refund of your subscription.

3. AI-Powered Proof & Disclaimers

• Verification Accuracy: Halo leverages AI to analyze your photos, text, and timers for authenticity. While we strive for 100% accuracy, you acknowledge that AI may occasionally produce false negatives.
• Services Provided "As Is": Halo is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes; the work and the results are yours alone.
• Limitation of Liability: Halo is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages—including physical injury from workouts or mental fatigue—arising from your participation in the 50-day challenge.

4. Privacy Policy: How We Handle Your Proof

At Halo, we respect your privacy, but we require data to ensure you aren't cheating yourself.

• Proof Data Collection: We collect the photos, text summaries, and timer logs you submit as verifiable proof of task completion.
• Journey Tracking: We store your daily mood tracking, journal entries, and progress metrics to build your 50-day growth timeline.
• Analytics (PostHog): We use PostHog to track technical events—such as challenge completion rates, "Phoenix Protocol" restarts, and AI verification success—to improve the app's performance.
• AI Processing: Your proof submissions are processed by AI models to validate their authenticity. This data is used strictly for challenge verification and is not sold to third parties.
• Data Security: We implement technical measures to protect your proof and journal entries. Your data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your 50-day cycle or as required for your "Neural Archive".
